How it works, step by step

    Tell us what you need

    Send a photo or PDF of your electrician's list and we'll price it for you. Or, if you know what you want, add items to your cart from the shop.

    We confirm price and availability

    Some items come from our own shelves; others we source from suppliers we know. For anything sourced, we check it is available and confirm the price before you are asked to pay. Nothing is charged until then.

    Pay securely from anywhere

    You get one payment link by email. Pay with Visa or Mastercard through Paystack. The charge is in Ghana cedis and your bank converts it; the dollar and pound figures on this site are estimates to help you plan.

    See it packed

    When your order is packed, we photograph or film it and email you. You can see everything that is going to your site.

  5. 5

    See it leave

    When it leaves the shop, we send photos or video again, so you know it is on its way.

  6. 6

    See it arrive

    When it is delivered to your site in Ghana, we record that too. Your order page keeps every photo and video together.

What you can count on

  • You see the full price, item by item, before you pay.
  • Sourced items are confirmed first. You are never charged for something we can't supply.
  • Photo or video proof at three points: packed, dispatched, delivered.
  • One page for your order, which you can open any time with your order number and phone number.

Common questions

Which currency am I charged in?
Ghana cedis (GH₵). Your card's bank converts it to your currency at its own rate, so the amount on your statement may differ a little from the estimates shown on this site.
Where do you deliver?
Within Ghana only, to your home or building site. Delivery areas and fees
Who receives the delivery?
Whoever you choose: a family member, your site foreman or your electrician. Give us their name and phone number in the note when you order.
How do I check on my order later?
Use Track Order with your order number and phone number. All the photos and video are there.
