Privacy policy

• When you order or ask for a quote: your name, phone number, email address, the country you are in, your delivery address in Ghana and any notes or files you send. We use these to prepare, deliver and tell you about your order.
• When you pay: payment is taken by Paystack. We never see or store your card or Mobile Money details. We keep the payment reference, amount and time.
• Photos and video of your order: taken by our staff when it is packed, dispatched and delivered, and shown on your order page.
• When you use the chat assistant: what you type and the assistant's replies are saved, so that our staff can follow up. If you ask for a person to contact you, we also keep the name and phone number you give. The assistant is an automated service; your messages are sent to its provider to write each reply.
• Your cart is kept in your own browser, not on our servers, until you place an order.
• Tracking and advertising: this website does not use advertising or analytics trackers.

• Our website, database, image and email providers (Supabase, Cloudinary and Resend), who store and send data on our behalf.
• Anthropic, whose Claude service writes the chat assistant's replies. It receives the messages typed into the chat.
