Delivery and returns

We deliver within Ghana, to your home or building site. You can pay from anywhere in the world.

Delivery areas and fees

The fee is added at checkout once you choose your area. Times count from when your payment is confirmed.

Items we source on order

Some products are marked “Sourced on order”. We get these in for you, so they take a little longer. If your order includes any, you are not charged at checkout: we first confirm availability and the final price, usually within 24 hours, then send you a payment link.

Proof at every step

We photograph or film your order when it is packed, when it leaves the shop and when it is delivered. You get an email each time, and everything is kept on your order page. Track your order
